This Replacement Bearing and Bearing Race kit for 5,200lb -6,000lb Capacity Axles includes contains the required components to replace your 2,600lb Hubs races, bearings, and grease seal. The components inside this kit are referred to by many names at times. Typically the trailer bearings are always called bearings. However, the bearing races can be referred to as bearing cones, or bearing cups. Either way, the Bearing races are usually pre-stamped inside the hub, so the first time you will be working with them will be the first time you re-pack your trailers Hub Bearings. The standard 5,200lb capacity axle contains two hubs, each with a capacity of 2,600lbs.
This Bearing Kit is intended for use on a tapered #42 trailer spindle that measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/4".
Included in this Bearing and Race Kit are:
(1) Inner Bearing 1 3/4" ID 25580, (1) Inner Race Number 25520, (1) Outer Bearing 1 1/4" ID 15123, (1) Outer Race Number 15245, (1) 2 1/4" ID Grease Seal, (1) 2 1/8" ID Grease Seal
*We include both sizes of Grease Seals possible on your spindle for your convenience, you will only use one of the sizes, test fit each grease seal to determine the correct size for your spindle seal surface, discard the one you will not need.
