Trailer Hub Bearing Buddies

These UFP (Unique Function Products) Brand Trailer Bearing Buddies are specifically designed with an inner piston to notify you when the Bearing Chamber is full with Grease. The Blue Piston will be exposed roughly an 1/8 of an inch when full. In addition, the piston provides pressure on the chamber to prevent water from entering the trailer hub. This system is ideal to use on axles that do not have the Posi Lube or Accu Lube system with a grease fitting installed in the tip of the spindle. If you do have the grease fitting on the tip of your spindle and wish to use the Trailer Buddy system, in many cases you will need to remove the grease fitting. You may need to do this to prevent the Trailer Buddy impacting the zerk during installation. If the trailer Buddy is not fully installed properly, the rotations of the wheel may dislodge the Trailer buddy and you will lose it. Ensure that you have a snug fit to prevent this.
