This is a complete 7,000lb galvanized steel 8 lug boat trailer hub kit for 7,000 lb trailer axles, complete with lug nuts, dust cap and cotter key. This particular hub is a Hot Dipped Galvanized 8 Lug hub with a 8 on 6 1/2 standard lug pattern. This hub outfits a 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" tapered trailer spindle, with a pre-installed 2 1/4" double lipped grease seal. This 2 1/4" Measurement would be the diameter of your axle's grease seal surface, so you will want to make sure you are measuring your axle or the hub you are replacing to confirm that this hub will fit your application. This hub outfits most standard 7,000lb Capacity Trailer Axles that use #42 trailer spindles with bearings that measure 1 1/4" Inner Diameter (Bearing # 14125A) and 1 3/4" Inner Diameter (Bearing # 25580). The bearings are pre-packed with high temperature grease with a high washout rating and superior corrosion protection, making these hubs perfect for heavy duty boat trailers in marine environments. These hubs are compatible with all of our selection of 7,000 pound 13 inch slip over brakes, so whether you are using this as a spare or replacing your axle's hub setup this is a great option for your trailer.

The kit comes with 8 zinc-plated 1/2" - 20 trailer lug nuts, 1 zinc-plated 2.717" Accu-lube / EZ-Lube style dust cap, and 1 zinc-plated cotter key for securing your spindle castle nut.
