This is a great disc brake set manufactured by Kodiak. This is one of their 6 Lug 5,200lb capacity disc brake kits. This particular brake kit has dacromet coated rotors and mounting brackets but is paired with their Stainless Steel calipers. This is Kodiaks part # 2/RCM-12-DAC-SS. This kit is designed to fit on 5,200lb or 6,000lb capacity axles using the standard 5 bolt brake flange. This trailer disc brake kit comes with (2) 6 bolt idler hubs and will fit with 15 inch or larger wheels. This slip-on style rotor is great b/c your hub and rotor are separate pieces. Which means you can replace them independently of each other. We include the 6 Lug Galvanized Hubs in this kit for easy replacement. In addition, if you previously were using Brake Drum Hubs, you would need to discard those to use the idler hubs included in this kit. You must have 15 inch or larger wheels to use with this kit. Using Kodiaks slip on brake set will add about a 1/2 inch of overall length to your axle. This means that your tires and wheels will sit about 1/4 inch out further on each side.
This Kodiak 6 Lug Brake Kit mounts on standard #42 Tapered Spindle with 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" Bearings.
