This Brake Kit Combo features Kodiaks Stainless Steel and Dacromet Components. This is Kodiaks Part #2/HRCM-10-DAC-SS. This kit utilizes the Integral Rotor, which combines the functions of the trailer hub and the brake rotor into one solid piece. With each brake rotor, the races are preinstalled, but you will need bearings and a grease seal.

Kodiaks Integral Rotors are vented, meaning they are specifically designed to reduce the increased rotational temperature caused when towing. Lower temperatures mean a better operating trailer brake system. Kodiaks Integral Rotors are intended for use with 13" trailer wheels and greater. If you are using 13" Wheels on a 3,500lb Capacity Axle, this is the kit to use. Kodiaks Slip On 5 Lug Kits have a larger overall diameter and will not fit in the bell of a 13 inch trailer wheel.

This is a 3,500lb Integral Stainless Steel/Dacromet 5 Lug Disc Brake Kit for one axle. The Integral rotors feature a 5 Lug, 5 on 4 1/2 standard trailer lug pattern. Kodiaks Stainless Steel Calipers feature solid stainless steel construction, a stainless steel piston, stainless steel bolt sleeves, stainless steel backed brake pads, and brass fittings. As with other Kodiak Kits, this one mounts to your trailers standard 4 Hole Brake Flange.

This Kit Includes:

(2) Kodiak 225 Stainless Steel Calipers with Stainless Steel Backed Brake Pads pre-installed, (4) Stainless Steel Kodiak Slide Caliper Bolts, (2) Kodiak Dacromet Integral Rotors 5 Lug, 5 on 4 1/2, as well as (2) Dacromet Coated Integral Caliper Mounting Brackets.

This Integral Hub uses Inner Bearing 68149 (1 3/8" ID) and Outer Bearing L44649 (1 1/16" ID). The bearings are not included.

When Doing This Project:

You will additionally need mounting bolts to bolt your caliper brake to your trailers brake flange, we have these available in stainless steel as an add on to this listing. In addition, if you are needing new Dust Caps and Lug nuts, the 5 Lug rotor uses the standard 1.98 sized Dust Cap or Bearing Buddy. The Wheel Studs use the standard 1/2-20 Lug nuts. We offer many options for both of these products.
