These are replacement caliper mounting brackets for Kodiaks 6 Lug, 5,200lb-6,000lb Disc Brake kits. The Integral Style and Slip On style in 6 Lug use the same caliper bracket. These brackets mount with (5) Bolts to your trailer axles standard 5 Hole Brake Flange. We have these mounting bolts available with each item listing.
