This Demco Model DA70 Surge Brake Actuator for disc brakes has a 7,000lb towing capacity, as well as a maximum tongue load of 700 lbs, and it secures to your Tow Vehicle's 2 inch towing ball. This model includes the electric lockout solenoid, designed and required for use with hydraulic surge disc brakes on your boat or PWC Trailer. This model is ideal for single axle and tandem axle 5 lug boat trailers, as well as single axle 6 lug trailers.

Demco brand actuators feature the highest quality steel construction with zinc plated components and exterior for excellent corrosion resistance for both freshwater and saltwater towing applications. Additionally, Demco Actuators integrate the common Lever Lock latch design with their easy trigger latch system (EZ Latch Coupler). You will be hooked on this easy trigger Latch system by Demco the first time you use it. Securing your coupler to your towing ball is easier than ever with this system, simply lower the coupler onto the tow ball and it will lock into place. Removing it is just as simple, requiring only the lift of the latch and raising the jack.
