This product is Fantastic! This galvanized spray paint is perfect for touching up rusty parts on your boat trailer. It will leave a 69% dry zinc film coating. This is excellent for salt water environments. All you have to do is clean the rust off the surface you want to paint; and spray a good thick coat on. Lots of our customers use this to touch up parts on their boat trailers where they have had to weld. There is a thousand uses for this product, but one thing is for sure, it protects your parts from rusting! Ideal for use on your Brake Flanges when replacing your trailer brakes. Your trailers brake flange must be kept clean of rust as this component is welded to your trailer's axle, replacement would require additional welding. If you have any thing Galvanized that requires welding, the galvanizing would need to be grinded off in order to do the welding. The result is bare metal, which requires re-galvanizing for a lasting protective finish. What this means, protect your galvanized parts and maintain them, because replacement can be difficult and often times expensive.
