This listing is for a threaded replacement trailer hub cap for 3500lb capacity 5 lug Vortex trailer hubs. Dexter (previously TDE) manufactures Vortex trailer hubs with threaded ends. Rather than the press in dust caps, this replacement component, manufacturer PN 021-261-01, will thread into your trailer hub. This thread cap is made specifically for the Vortex brand hubs. We cannot guarantee its use on a different brand of threaded trailer hub. It would be recommended to verify that your trailers axle and hub assembly are Dexter or TDE brand, and that the hub is a Vortex-style hub.
